I really wanted to expand on my previous post on the Boudoir Gown by the great vintage designer- Retro Diva. To see the full Retro Diva collection video click here.

I’m still in love with it and now we have fantastic videos to show you too!
As I mentioned in my last post, it was inspired by all the Old Hollywood femme fatales. You can almost imagine Rita Hayworth swooshing around her Beverley Hills mansion in this boudoir gown.
The gown is very light, making is comfortable to wear and leaves it draping in all the right places. It can be paired with almost any lingerie set, or perhaps a slip. It’s just the height of elegance and I’m so glad Retro Diva made one.

The Boudoir Gown can fasten at the front with a gorgeous length of black ribbon. You can wear it open or closed but either way you’re going to look incredibly elegant.
I love the feather-like trim that travels from the base of the gown all the way up to the back of the neck. It’s the smaller details like this that really frame the body well.
